Before you write to us
- Channels stopped working? Check the Playlists page. If it says your provider rejected the sign-in or the subscription ended, that is with them, not us.
- Television shows a code? That is normal on a new install. Enter it on this site.
- Forgotten your PIN? Reset it on the Parental page. There is no master PIN and no support override.
Privacy
In short: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, provider credentials are encrypted and never shown back to anyone, and uninstalling the TV app does not delete server-side records. A free trial is available once per television, which is why a one-way hash of the device identifier outlives a reinstall.

Open-source software
The local subtitle engine uses libav.js 6.10.9 (0BSD) and FFmpeg libraries (LGPL 2.1). Their notices and matching source are available below. You may replace the separate LGPL library assets with compatible modified versions and reverse engineer for debugging those modifications as permitted by the LGPL. These rights are not restricted by our app terms.
Terms of use
Use ZovelyHub only with playlists and media you have the legal right to access. The application does not provide or license any media content, and an activation covers one television.
