Cookie policy
This website sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for measurement, and not for convenience. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
What it uses instead
Signing in with the code on your television has to be remembered for as long as you are using the site. That is done with sessionStorage, which is part of your browser, is never transmitted with a request the way a cookie is, and is erased when you close the tab. Four values may be stored while you are here:
zovelyhub.portal.session— the portal session created when you enter the code from your television. Without it you would re-enter a code on every page.zovelyhub.portal.return-to— the page you were heading for when you were asked to connect a television, so you arrive there afterwards instead of somewhere else.zovelyhub.portal.add-playlist— a note that you pressed “Add playlist”, so the form is open when you get there.zovelyhub.portal.signin-method— which of the two sign-in methods you chose, so the right one is showing.
All four exist to carry out something you just asked for. None is used to identify you across sites, and none survives closing the tab.
No third parties, at all
This site loads nothing from anyone else's servers — no fonts, no tag manager, no embedded video, no social buttons, no advertising and no analytics. Every file it uses is served from this domain, so no third party is told that you visited.
Leaving the site to pay is the one exception, and it is a deliberate one: checkout happens on the payment provider's own page, under their policies, so your card details never touch this site.
On the television
The ZovelyHub application stores your catalogue, favourites, settings and watch positions on the television itself, so it can open without downloading your whole playlist again. That is local application storage, not cookies, and it is removed when you uninstall the application. What is held on our servers is described in the privacy policy.
If this ever changes
If we introduce a cookie, this page will say what it is, what it does and how long it lasts before it is set, and anything that is not strictly necessary will ask you first. The review date at the top is the date to check.
